Learn how to make a Raspberry Mojito Mocktail like a professional using my special Raspberry Mojito Mocktail Recipe.
It’s been a while since I saw my mum and siblings and I decided to host them this weekend. As a host, I wanted something special, a drink that feels like we are celebrating something, flavorful and tastes amazing.
And then the Raspberry Mojito Mocktail came to my mind. This drink mixes sweet raspberries with sour lemons and fizzy water.ย
This fits exactly what i want, I needed a drink everyone can have both adults, kids and the elderly as this is more like a family reunion. The best part? zero alcohol.
The secret to this particular drink’s brilliance is the Raspberry in it. They not only add a lovely colour but the flavor is on another level. It has a sweet tartness that complements the bright, citrus lemon and the cool, aromatic mint.
I am also gonna add some of my favorite drinks like my Strawberry Acer refresher, Blackberry Mocktail and my Blueberry Mocktail.
So grab a paper and pen as i tell you how i made my Raspberry Mojito Mocktail and guess what? Everyone loved it.

How to make a Raspberry Mojito Mocktail
Prep time: 5 minย
Serves: 1 servingย
Ingredients needed

- ยพ cup raspberries and a few for garnishย
- ยฝ sliced lemon
- 1 can of sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choiceย
- 5-7 mint leavesย
- Ice (optional)ย
- Honey
- Extra raspberries and lemon slices (to make it look pretty)

Step by Step instructions
Step 1: Muddle the Base

- Add Raspberries, mint leaves and sliced lemon into a jug. Crush them directly in a jug.

Step 2: Add the Fizz

- Pour the sparkling water or soda of your choice and stir everything together. Pour slowly so it doesn’t fizz over. The bubbles make it special and refreshing.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve

- Add ice and tear up some mint leaves and garnish it, Put extra raspberries, and slice of lemon on top (optional)
- Pour into glasses. Watch people’s faces light up when they taste it
TIPS: Lemon can be substituted with limes
Frequently asked questions

Can I make this the night before my party?
You can mix everything except the sparkling water ahead of time. Keep it in the fridge. Then add the fizzy water right before you serve it. This keeps the bubbles fresh and exciting.
What if the store doesn’t have fresh raspberries?
No problem! Frozen raspberries work great. They’re often cheaper too. You can use them frozen (they’ll keep your drink cold) or let them thaw first.
What can I use instead of honey?
I will suggest alternatives like agave nectar, or even a splash of fruit juice.
Is this drink actually good for me?
Yes! Youโll be getting vitamin C from the lemons, good stuff from the raspberries, and you’re staying hydrated. This is way better than soda and sugary juices available in the mall.
How do i Store Leftover Drinks?
The mixed drink (without bubbles) can be kept in the fridge. It will taste good for 2-3 days.
For Mint leaves: Put them in water like flowers to keep them fresh longer.
If you made too much sugar syrup? Keep it in the fridge for a month. Use it for other drinks.
