- Seasoning Cube: Boosts savory depth and enhances taste.

Step 5: Add Dry Pepper (Optional)
Add dry pepper to the marinade for extra heat and mix well.
Step 6: Season the Seafood

Step 7: Assemble the Skewers

Notes
Always wash and devein the prawns and shrimps properly before cooking. This improves both texture and overall taste.
Do not skip seasoning the vegetables, as it helps balance the flavor of the seafood. Well-seasoned veggies make the skewers more flavorful.
Let the seafood sit in the marinade for a few minutes before grilling. This allows the flavors to penetrate properly.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water before grilling to prevent burning. Metal skewers can be used directly.
Grill on medium heat and turn occasionally for even cooking. High heat can burn the outside while leaving the inside undercooked.
Do not overcook the prawns and shrimps, as they can become tough and rubbery. Remove once they are lightly charred and cooked through.
